I push the (for sale), the 100, newest to oldestm and type un F 30 Farmall tractor, and when I hit start, I get EVERYTHING else BUT a 30. Why cant they just list the items I want to see if they are for sale, so then I might or not go brouse the other ads. Rather than have to spend time looking at 100s of ads that have nothing to do with a 30

The ads search engine does not work very well. I've found that you best put in only one word or one set of numbers. If you want to look for a Farmall 140, just put in 140. You will get all the ads that have 140 in them. If you put in Farmall 140, you are likely to get all the ads that have Farmall which is a lot more.

Farmallb: You may as well forget that one, just so many folks list a particular tractor different ways. Some of them are right and some are wrong. A certain percentage are folks selling an estate an have no idea what their selling. I've even seen guys that farmed all their life, couldn't put a proper title on a tractor.

You'll even run across the ocasional add on YT photo classifieds, not in the right category. I've seen several tractors listed as something else, and not necessarily parts. There is very little YT can do about stupid advertisers. It's the same with every online classified across North America. We had one online rag near here, I noticed every Cockshutt add was Cockshot. Turns out it was the publication's spell correction doing that one. Then you have the Alice Chambers folks. You may as well forget it, world ain't perfect.

I don't know. I've wondered too. I look for farmall 140 and I figured everything with 140 would show. Heck, it will even show john deere B's or implements and other items with nothing to do with 140.

Gotta type it in different ways. F-30 brought up ads for me. It depends on how the person lieted it. F space 30 brings up all ads with an F and all ads that have the number 30 in it.
