Breaker Point Gap?

Another quick question about these breaker point things...
I bought a tune-up kit that had a new set of points in it, and it came with a .020 feeler gauge for gapping them. But my shop manual says to use .013 instead.

So which is going to be correct?

Thanks for the quick reply Allen. I guess If I learned to read I would have realized I was on the wrong line.... Oops!

And Ill check them in a month or so to see what happened...I believe they are the TISCO points.
When I pulled the breaker cover off everything was coated in oil, so Ill have to pull the distributor apart and replace that O ring anyway, so Ill check and re-gap the points then.

Thanks!

If you bought the points at a fleet store, you might want to check them in about a month for wear/ pitting. Also, don't get rid of the old condenser until the new one has been proved out--even had IH condensers bad out of the package.

.013 on a mag; .018-.020 on the distributor model.
