There is a Farmall 140 on e-bay now with a cab.
Did International sell a cab for the 140? Is this a good shop made cab?

Wah! I just went there, just go to the ebay MAIN home page, put in "farmall 140" and search, go down halfway and look for the little YELLOW tractor. If you can't do that, here's the address.

Would it be too much to ask for someone...anyone...to post a LINK to the auction in question? An hour in eBay and i'm no closer to seeing a badly modified 140 than I was yesterday.

Naw, climb over the seat would be easier than the wheel.

Okay Vacherie, I don't THINK that the 140 ever sold with a factory "cab", but..... .. my owners manual shows a really nice ROPS / Canopy system that would provide shade, and could be altered to sport some vinyl walls. I'll try to scan the pic I have and post it, it really makes the 140 look sharp IMO. Hi Hugh.

I can't remember what brand that cab is, but they made something similar for the 154/185/184 Cub Loboys with the centered operator's platform.

You go to the ebay page with the tractor on it, look up in your address bar in your browser, highlight the address, right click and hit copy, then come here and in a new post, right click and paste. It doesn't have to be a real clickable link, but the address would help some.

I found it. It looks totally like a local fabrication in the municipal shop. Look at that right side, how are you supposed climb up to the seat, crawl up the hitch?

You get on from the front, in case of the "cab" you have to duck.

Except that the post for the windshield is in the way. Probably have to climb over the tire. That setup is about the most worthless I have ever seen. First thing to do is toss the "cab".

CNKS: I agree, that cab is a totally useless piece of junk. They obviously cut it off some other machine. Offset Farmalls aren't the easiest to climb on and off of anyhow, and to have to climb over the tire, insane.

Vacherie: Must be a local fabrication, IH never made a cab for offsets. They did build ROPS protection frame about the last 4 years of 140 production.

I don't know, but I've never seen one with a cab. Got a link to it?

I don't have a link. Go e-bay and do a search of Farmall 140. It looks pretty good.
