Thanks, Jack.

Yes, he still has it. He kind of sets some of the older stuff to the side just in case someone would like it, rather than cut it right up, but he's so busy he's running out of room.

Carbs like anything else are worth what someone will pay. It all depends on condition, rarity, demand. I have bought several rough looking 10-20 carbs for $25ea and one (1928 version)turned out to have been rebuilt but looked bad on the outside. I took it apart and cleaned the brass in phosphoric acid and it looks mint now. It might bring $200 to the right person if I wanted to sell it. I have a super rare Bijure, generator for an early brass era car about 1910-1015 or so. Never seen another one except on a 1914 packard and the tag on that one said Bijure/packard, the one I have doesn"t say packard on it. Don"t know what it fits, if it works, or what it is worth. If I put a price on it and it sells right away, I either sold it too cheap or I found the right person who needs it. Some restoration parts places seem to be out of sight for carbs and the like. One for my 1924 Olds a place wanted $600 for a rebuilt carb for it. I told them to stuff it. I will find one eventually.

they should all be brass ihc carbs unless it was changed over to the robin manifold, this was a change over to direct the exhaust up instead of down, and for a little more power.

I may be wrong, but I thought all 10-20's had brass carburetors on them like the Farmall Regular. Are you parting out the 10-20's or are you going to fix them??

They are in a scrap yard in Greenville Mi. The serial numbers what I could make out are XC15547, and XC92249, I think. I'm not sure they are 10-20s but think they are. 2 on steel and one on cut offs. All stuck.

They are in a scrap yard? Go get them out of there! What are you waiting for? A scrap yard is no place for McCormick Deering tractors. Those older models are getting hard to find!!

Sorry, I can't aford any more tractors. I thought maybe some one out there may be looking for some. He sells parts to folks that come in there and take them off. There is a Farmall H, an Allis, JD. All kinds of tractors coming in, with the price of scrap high.
