I know this is dumb/elementery, but I need to know. I did a 12v conv. on my 140. It performs really well..charges good, etc. My question is this..On this page, always there is a reference to using #10 wire. I think my wire is a little thicker. Will this effect anything..? I use it to run to the coil, as well as gages and battery..

gn - That #10 wire requirement is a minimum. Aside from the cost, heavier gage wire is actually preferred. (Classic example of "bigger is better"!)
