I recently purchased a 1946 H. I do not plan to use it except to plow my driveway. I am a rookie owner, can someone tell me if a wide front was made? and if so will it be better than the narrow front end. Also how easily will this tractor flip
rearward. As I said, I am a rookie owner. I grew up on a farm in Maryland but we never had the luxury of a tractor.

Gary,
It is mostly a matter of personal preference for your intended use. You will lose some maneuverability with the wide front...but gain a little class! :-)

Gary unless you are pulling something very heavy, the H does not have a history of flipping. The wide front will help the center of gravity. However for your purposes the narrow front should be fine. A wide front will cost you around $300 to $600.
