Is it just me, or are there others out there that have have bad experiences with shipments delivered by U.P.S? I received a set of side curtains for my oliver last week that I have been waiting on forever. One of the louvered sides had a latch knocked compleatly off, one was bent, and one curtain was compleatly folded over on the end. The parts were packaged very well, but it was torn from top to bottom. UPS will make it good, but here I am waiting again. Do these drivers just not care?

It's not the drivers, it is the kids who work part time at the terminals. If I am not mistaken, the trucks are loaded during the night and are supposed to be ready to go when the drivers show up.

I have a friend who is a driver. the trucks are loaded at night by younger workers. He told me if I ever saw how the packages were handled even at the distribution center level I would never ship anything again.

Four days after I received the damaged side panels, I received another set from Steiner. They were damaged in the same place as the first. Compleatly ruined. Once again I contacted Steiner and they were gracious enough to send the third set, and they over-nighted them. They arrived today in good shape. I guess the third time was a charm. Steiner did there job. UPS was the culprit doing the damage.
