I AM A MAN OF MY WORD AND I TRY TO DO THE RIGHT THING AT ALL TIMES. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL REPRODUCTION MANUALS. 99.9 PERCENT OF THE MANUALS THAT I SELL ARE REPRINTS AND CLEARLY STATED SO. I SHIP BY MEDIA MAIL THRU THE USPS. THIS IS SLOW. DURING CHRISTMAS, THE USPS MADE SURE THAT ALL OTHER MAIL WAS SORTED FIRST. NEXT CHRISTMAS I WILL MAIL DIFFERENTLY. I USUALLY REPLACE LOST MANUALS AT MY EXPENSE. THIS GETS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, AT TIMES. I STILL HAVE TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

YOU ARE NOT a man of your words. You were supposed to refund me close to $150 when you were selling the reprints as original. AND YOU NEVER DID. You have to remember when you were selling reprints as "these are second hand, I bought a box of these and are selling them, they are original", right? Lets see, looking back at your feedback early on (2ND half of 2004) shows anytime somebody said anything about reproduction you slammed them with negative feedback. You still do that, you hold them feedback hostage, you won't leave feedback until they do. YOU NEED TO GROW UP. You lied when you never refunded us.

IF USPS IS SO SLOW, WHY NOT STATE SO IN THE AUCTION. SOME PEOPLE MIGHT NOT KNOW THAT. DID YOU EVER THINK OF THAT?

BY THE WAY, YOU MAY ASK, HOW DID I KNOW THEY WERE COPIES, BECAUSE YOU FORGOT TO ERASE A PEN CHECK MARK IN THE 830 MANUAL BEFORE YOU COPIED IT AND SOLD IT AS ORIGINAL. Why couldn't you have told the truth from the beginning when I did buy them, that they were reprints? Why in the hell would I send them back to you after you said they were originals, and they were copied. How can I trust that you will send the money back if you are not honest in the first part, plus you are one of the great ebay sellers that using feedback hostage (he will not leave feedback until he receives it from the buyer). I hope everybody sees you for what you really are and will not buy from you. I know I have the auction saved somewhere where you state they are originals and they were copies and when I get time I will find it and I will not only post it here I will forward it to Deere and eBay, but eBay doesnt really care because they are making money off of you. You have a legal business now, but after you accused me of being a lair, I will do my best to bring you down and I am going to start emailing people from your feedback from 2004 and 2005, because if I cannt find one of your auctions I saved, stating that they were originals and not reproduction, I know somebody will. Then your business might just be over. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT EXAMPLE?

This guy has heckled me when I am selling stuff - had no intentions of bidding, arrogant, and ultimately had no proof of the garbage he said. Of the 10 or so people I see selling lit on ebay, I will always avoid him and have gotten some pretty nice copies from some of the others...

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF PURCHASING ONE OF THOSE XEROX PIECES OF JUNK FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED INDIVIDUAL ABOUT A YEAR AGO ALSO. HE LEFT MEBAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE HIS LAZY BUTT COULDN'T CLOSE OUT THE DEAL. WHEN I CONTACTED HIM, HE WAS THE MOST ARROGANT S.O.B. I EVER MET. IT IS BECAUSE OF HIGH ON THE HORSE PEOPLE LIKE HIM, THAT EBAY GETS A BAD RAP.

You say Deere has been informed SO what !! Deere sold that divison and the manuals are no longer copyrighted. I also sell them and had my adds takin off ebay and won my case with ebay.

But what gives him the right to steal $125 of my money a little over a year ago when he said that they were original and I found a check mark copied in two of the crappy manuals. At the time he said he bought them second hand, that was another lie. Because right after that he said they were copied and used the same pictures. If anybody has his auctions copied from last year, I would love to have a copy or post it here to show that they are exactly the same (his origianls and reprints).

Look at his feedback too. He has "cycles" of the post office losing his stuff. For example he will get a couple neutrals or negatives and then he will ALWAYS give the buyer negative and say that it was the PO fault because they lost them, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT INSURANCE, OR OUT OF THE 1000S OF EBAYERS I HAVE DEALT WITH, THIS IS THE WORST. He can never do anything wrong, just look at his feedback.

I know he wants to start a some type of museum, but how can you start something like this based on so many lies. I hope nobody goes.

If he is lying and misrepresenting thats another story as i alway repepesent my items correctly and ours are done on the lastest equipment and in a spiral so easy to hold open when you are working on something. To me there is nothing worst then someone take a mint original manual in the shop and getting greasy finger prints on it. I think that is much worst an offense then copying one.
