Not sure who to side with here, I mean the tractor was sold as being an unrestored 630 obviously, and without having it torn down at all, its impossible to tell whats inside, granted it probably wouldnt "run" that well if the pistons were like that, or perhaps the pistons were broken during removal of the block? Maybe they were dropped, etc? My feeling is if you are buying an UNRESTORED or USED part, the seller should describe it as best they can to their knowledge and if something isnt already torn down to where you can see it inside and out, you dont know what you have until you get into it, another forrest gump quote is "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what youre gonna get" I have yet to make a call back and complain on an UNRESTORED tractor, I knew it was 50 + years old, I planned on spending money on it, and if I had to spend $100 more than planned oh well. Just my 2 cents

Harlan you truly are a man of 1000 excusses!! Did you look at the ad that said "good running"? Have you ever seen a piston that was dropped and broken that perfectly in a circle all the way around? Also, the piston pieces were glued to the bottom to the crack case with water and rust/oil mixture....
Maybe this picture will help clear things up as the piston are still in the block and the rods are still on the crank...

Finally the original post said I screwed him, but you did not touch on that part with your post. I never got anything back or the rest of the parts that Ralph agreed to in the original deal. Did I mention Ralph flipped our 620 lp parts tractor over after he sold it. Think about the damage.. He also tried to switch several parts with a 60 he was working on. I am getting tired of defending myself, and tired of typing, and sure everybody out there is sick of this.
