Tyler, You and I have dealt back and forth many times, never any issues, I dont know where you are getting that I would be hitting him up for a refund, this is the FIRST time ive ever been so disappointed with a tractor, Im not whining about a cracked amp gauge, or a twisted off bolt, Im talking about being told the Power-Steering Working and it doesnt, Im talking about an ENTIRE rear and housing broken and cracked, not just the drawbar welded up, Im talking about major issues not something that should be left out of a conversation. Yes I have bought southern tractors before, some were very very very rough, and they were sold and described perfectly, the seller didnt have anything to hide to try to make the sale, The 420 LP W I bought from you several years ago, Did you ever hear back from me after I got it? Absolutely not, I was happy with it, Maybe you are just upset that I sold it and made a whole $1000 on it? I had previously thought you and I were on really good terms, I guess when one person complains about their 620 shaft housing cracked and I refund them $125 that they agree to and cash the check, and when someone else isnt happy with a set of B wheels and I give them 100% refund and they keep the wheels, that makes me the bad guy doesnt it. Ive bought hundreds of tractors and if a light didnt work, or if the tires werent as good as i thought, or if the float ride seat is shot, I dont complain, I know its used, Any issue ive had with a part not being as I described it, or a tractor not being as described that I sold, I make it right one way or another. Thats more than Rick Cohn Can say, And as far as a lawyer letter, thats new to me, I havent seen in it the mail, his lawyer will charge him more than Im asking for returned, With all that was wrong with that 70, asking for $750 back is nothing, Why did I pay retail price, I figured it had $3000 worth of rear wheels and tires on it. If it was such a great tractor when you knew of it Tyler why didnt you buy it, sounds like you seen it up close. so again I dont know where you are coming off as such a basher when you and I have dealt many times, but I suggest wiping the end of your nose off it looks a little brown from ricks rear. Am I being assertive and aggresive here, Yes because im sick of all the basing I get on this site when people like you tyler that arent even involved make up stuff. I guess my banker was right, People dont like other people that make more money than they do doing the same job. Phew, Ive vented now. If anyone has an issue with me or would like to discuss any of this with me personally, I can be reached at 507-256-4693 kruger_implement@yahoo.com Good Day

Harlan, I misspoke about the lawyer letter, should have said that he should have had one sent to ask you to stop emailing all the time about it when his answer has always been that it was sold as is where is. I knew of the tractor when it was drug out of the pasture 2 years ago with a single front wheel and junk rear tires. Rick has taken 2 years a little at a time to put it back up on all 4 wheels and get it running. He never had a full restoration on his mind, just getting it back to resembling a 70 LP standard so it could be sold to someone wanting to finish it up. As for the rear axle hsg being broke and welded, nobody around here saw that, I would still like to see a picture of where it is at just to see why it makes a parts tractor out of this one. You and I have not had any problems between us in the past but I like many others am getting sick of seeing you and several Others bad mouthing people like it is a full time job. Maybe I expect better out of you but with all that is being put online about you, it makes a guy wonder. Wow, $3000 worth of tires, you need to shop around down south more often. I am out but have sold several of those 26 inch setups for $1000. Were you planning on knocking it in the head the whole time? I didnt buy it because Rick found it first. The last 70 LP Std I sold was an older restoration and sold for $6300. As for me not being involved, I told Rick that I had not had any problems with you in the past myself but that there was plenty of folks online who seemed to not be happy with you. As I could see Rick represented the tractor as best as he knew. He didnt intentionally hide anything. Isnt that what As Is- Where Is, is about? I wish you good luck in the future but why not go see the tractors in person or send someone to look at them ?
Tyler

Tyler, I will gladly email you photos of the broken rear end housing, The only people ive had issues with on this board were deerevalley over a set of rear B wheels, which they got a 100% refund and kept the wheels, and Aaron about the 620 pto which I refunded $125. I cant do better than that, I could have been like rick and said as is as is as is as is as is, but Im not like that, My ebay feedback speaks for itself, its not 100% but its 99.8 going on 99.9% perfect, with as many transactions as I do, id said thats a pretty good record. Sorry if I came off strong on you, I was just wondering where it was all coming from. email me at kruger_implement@yahoo.com and I will gladly email you everything wrong with that 70, I didnt buy it to part it out, I bought it to go with my 60 Lp standard to have a pair, I wanted it because standards with the 23.1x26 tires and centers are rare and I liked the other options it had. To be honest, the more I work on and notice on the tractor the less desireable it is to me, I would have rather paid $20,000 for one that was done than $5500 for this one. I do understand I bought it as is, but I also thought i bought it as described, he come right out and said "the power steering works fine" I have to use both hands to turn it, and when its just sitting at idle the wheels spin to the right all the way, I dont consider that working, I also dont consider a 3pt that is supposed to be in good shape, to have welded ends and mismatched lift arms, something that should have been obvious to anyone that has looked at a 3pt up close, Im sure you describe the tractors to the best of your ability, as do I, but if power-steering doesnt work, im not going to say that it does, etc. If you notice its always deerevalley and aaron that have negative things to say, To be honest, I think im done posting any messages on here, If I post anything deerevalley will be all over it, or theres always someone out there that will have something to say, Had Rick described it to me stating the power-steering didnt work, the rear housing was broken, the 3pt was mismatched and welded, the nosecone was rusted through, the front rims were incorrect, and on and on, I wouldnt have bought it. If you do have 23.1x26 rear centers, rims, and tires are $1000 per set, ill take every set you got, I guess I have $5500 in my set that ill just end up putting on my 60 lp standard now. I just shared what type of guy rick was is all. This will be one of my last posts, there is too much drama on this site that I dont need.

Harlan, I want to make this short and simple. I agree with you that some of these things should have been brought to your attention on this 70.I want you to think back to the 620. You say, "Im sure you describe the tractors to the best of your ability, as do". Now I have alot of respect for you when it comes to your knowledge on 2 cylinders but if your going to tell me that you described that to the best of your knowledge then I really do have to call you a liar. I know you can do better than that and I'm sure you do in most cases. I guess if I was thinking I would have asked for $700 back, but if I remember right you bashed me for asking for the $150. In all reality I feel like I bought a $1500 tractor that was described to be in the $2500-$3000 range. I guess when your trying to make a living you do what you have to do, but it doesnt make it right. I don't really think we have anythign to discuss but my Email is also open. Aaron

Aaron, the words of the day seem to be AS-IS WHERE IS Dont they, You bashed me before I ever brought up your name, I told you right from the begining, Im not going to pay for parts that didnt need to be replaced, It didnt need the clutches, shaft etc, It only needed the housing so I refunded half of your request, Its not my fault the guy wouldnt sell just the casting. By cashing the check, you are more or less accepting the offer I would say, Also like everyone else says, Why didnt you come look at it, they dont seem to care that i was nearly 800 miles away from the 70 lp standard, so you should have came and looked at the 620 according to their opinions as well. If that was only a $1500 tractor, you seemed to think it was worth $3500 shortly after you had it for sale on the photo ads, If you didnt like it when you got it, you could have easily parted it out and made a very healthy profit on it, 620/630 parts are quite valuable. What else do you want me to do????? its been over a year, I could have done to you like rick told me, as is where is tough crap, I didnt, I sent you what I felt was fair, I at least replied to your emails and calls, Rick has done absolutely nothing. My feeling is no matter what I do, im not going to please you over a $125 issue, I tried, Had you really not been ok with everything, you would have not retracted the feedback, I thought it was all squared away, but I guess not, All I can do is say that I did what I thought was fair, I didnt have to do anything at all and not even gave you a penny back, So if you want to keep bashing me, and keep bashing me, and keep bashing me, Go ahead, but both you and I know we agreed to the terms. There is nothing else I can do, If you dont want to buy from me anymore, im sorry, but thats your choice, but I at least made an effort to make it right, thats a lot more than so me people will or would do. Good Day..Harlan Kruger PS, I will be copy and pasting this to the feedback so everyone can read it.
