Because he probably doesn't want to make a fool of himself like you are doing a good job of accomplishing. Why don't you guys take your whinning somewhere else? Maybe be man enough to use the phone instead of emailing? Give it a rest. Bob

I would agree with that Harlan. In which case leave it alone. You are the one who is ending up looking like the fool, and you are the one who supposedly got the bad deal. Remember the old saying, Sometimes silence is the better part of virtue.

Rick isnt replying because like he told you several times, the deal is over and done with. I looked at the picture of what you are calling the broken rear axle housing, looks to me like it is an old weld where a drawbar support was welded to it in the past like 90 percent of them around here are. I have seen a Lot worse than that. a little grinding will make it go away if you dont like it. He also told you how the steering was acting. He told you what he knew about it. Hell he even told you to forget the whole deal before you sent payment when you started gripeing about it because he thought you were trying to pull something over on him. As for me being a brown nose, come on, you can do better than that. at least call me an arshole or something. By the way, I thought you were done messaging on here, oh, I know, April fools Huh ?
Maybe you should of had him put a video of it on youtube like you said you are going to do. Then you could have seen every inch of it. all it would have took was for you to ask me to go look it over for you and I would have told you everything I could have found out about it. I might have seen the weld in question but that is normal for around here so I might have not thought anything about it. I had seen the tractor once but just walked by it to go look at some parts, I knew it was a little on the rough side just by walking by it but you had several pictures to study of it which showed lots of details including many things you are gripeing about now. it is still in pretty good overall shape for a tractor from this area. this area was hell on tractors. come on now, either go look at them yourself or get someone else to do it or request a video. Yawn, Im getting bored, I am going to Really not post anymore on this subject. My email is open.
