My TO 20 starts to die after 10 minutes or so..Have rebuilt the carb & replaced all electric components..also replaced the manifold as it was cracked..
condensation starts to build up on the lower part of the manifold and then it starts to die..if I pull the choke out I can keep it running a little longer..

Since you said you replaced all electrical components, I assume that includes the coil, but have to ask. Your symptoms are indicative of bad coil. Another thing that can get hot and malfunction is the ignition switch. Just two thoughts to consider if your gas line search comes up empty.

Could be a fuel flow problem. Shut fuel off , pull the plug in bottom of float bowl, turn fuel on and check the stream.

There is a fuel screen in the carb inlet, check it for blockage-BUT- do not use compressed air to clean it, you'll blow it into the carb bowl along with the dirt and cause a carb rebuild job; also, throughly clean the air filter and check for any restrictions in the intake pipe and hose.
