hi all i have a to-20 ferguson that the 3 point lifts as soon as the tractor is started no matter what position the control is in also it will not come down as long as the tractor is running if anyone has an idea what is wrong or how to fix it id appreciate some in put thanks badger

The Control valve is stuck "out". Remove the inspection cover at your right foot, as you sit on the tractor and move the valve in and out.The valve gets stuck from crud in the bottom of the center case. Use Search This Site, search for a guy named Zane. He has more info on this and many more subjects.
