I am having a condensation problem in hydraulic system. Oil seems to have enough water that it basically froze. I raised the rear scraper blade to the point where it broke the top cover in half. A possible pressure relief problem? Replaced top cover, piston, cleaned and flushed system along with ice. Ready to reinstall but from reading what I can find ,It seems there is a control fork (spring) missing.Should this system require and where does it go?

Are you sure that rain/melted snow is not getting in around the seals on the gear shift levers? These have to be in good shape if the tractor is left out in the weather, or at least keep them covered with a plastic bucket etc. Frozen water in the bottom can wreck the pump also.

Bev, Send me your E-Mail address and I will send you some excellent diagrams/pictures and a complete layout of the TO35 hydraulics.

If you are interested you can contact Big Dean at>Link

He is a trtired MF Mech that has a CD he put together with really good "down to earth" diagrams and directions. It has a good section on the Hydraulics.

thanks Joe Burke in Houston
