Hello Everyone

I would like to know if there is a generic kit that one can buy to put a draw-bar on a 1952 TEA 2085? I looked underneath and see that there are a number of bolts in ruffly the same area that the draw bar would mount to. Am I correct in thinking this way or are those bolts there for another reason. Thanks in advance, Barry

Hi Barry
I have one of those drawbar set ups for my 2085 and I think it will fit on my 35 as well. Drop up and have a look some day. If you are looking to stabalize a trailer or wagon when you're hauling wood you might want to think about the the two bars that come from the grandfather pin (under the top link) to the ends of your 3 ph arms. They hold the drawbar on the 3 ph in one place. Then there is always the conversation we need to have about the Zane Thang.

Cheers
Bob

Hi Bob Sound like a plan. Might give me an excuse to get out of the house one of these Saturdays. Heck one can only be cooped up with a wife and 3 teenage kids so long and you start to climb the walls. I will let you no, Barry

Don't know if this will help but I purchased a swinging draw bar for my TO30 from local massey dealer. 80.00 or close to it. Everything but the bolts. I think 1/2 in. they will know the right size and have them also.

Drawbar fit to the four bolt holes. Pick up hitch hook also can go there. Same "swinging drawbar" hitch fits MF35 and 135 and will go on T 20 too. They are about £80 in UK. (but not from MF!!)
