I just lost out on a Ferguson Implement Book on E-bay. The book was written by John Farnworth and is supposed to show all the implements that were marketed under the Ferguson name. Could anybody tell me where to get a copy of this book. I checked out the "Tractor Books" part of this site already and didn't find it there and intend to check Amazon next. If any of you have seen it available somewhere I would appreciate knowing about it.
Thanks for the help.

Ferguson Implements and Accessories by John Farnworth, published in the U.K. by Farming Press,
ISBN No 0-85236-354-0, is distributed in the US (I presume you're in the US) by Diamond Farm Enterprises, Box 537, Alexandria Bay, NY 13607.
Your local bookseller should be able to order it for you. It's an excellent book and I can't reccommend it highly enough.
Another you might be interested in is The Ferguson Tractor Story by Stuart Gibbard, published in the UK by Old Pond Publications, 104 Valley Road, Ipswich, IP1 4PA, U.K. ISBN No 1-903366 08 9. Gives the complete history of Ferguson tractors with numerous illustrations. Again, well worth having. Regards,
Peter

Thanks for the information. I'll check out your suggestions. I have seen The Ferguson Story and agree that it is also a good book.
Thanks Again

I have just finished "Tractor Pioneer" by Colin Fraser, about the life of Harry Ferguson, and it is excellent - highly recommended. I got it used from Elephant Books but would recommend trying to find it anywhere else: bad, bad, experience. I think it is also still available new too.
