Morning everyone, I havent posted for a while,But now I need some real good simple advice. Remember I said simple. I need a step by step version on how to properly wire my TEA-20 so that the battery will charge when its running. I thought all along that it was charging but realized this past Saturday it wasnt. Reason I say this is because I put a new battery in it 4 weeks ago ( to get ready for winter ) and Saturday it went dead. I took the battery out and tested it and it was as flat as anything. Charged it up and bam started right up. Its a 12 volt system. Any help would be great received,, Thanks barry

HI BARRY. IF YOULL CHECK THE FORUM ARCHIVES AT THIS SITE, THERE ARE SEVERAL ARTICLES ON 12V CONVERSIONS AND WIRING. THOUGH I AM A NEW OWNER, I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTOMOTIVE FIELD FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE FOUND THE ONE WIRE DELCO SYSTEM TO BE THE EASIEST SET UP FOR A CHARGING SYSTEM. A GOOD ELECTRIC SHOP CAN INSTALL THE NECESSARY REGULATOR AND INSTRUCT YOU HOW TO EXCITE IT.
