Afternoon from Snowy Ontario. I bought a Ferguson Service Manual for my TEA-20 from THIS site before Christmas, I used my credit card to buy it. The statement came in and I see that it went thru ok, The problem is that I have yet to receive the manual in the mail. Just wondering how long it should take to get it? Has anybody else experienced a delay in receiving material thru the mail from this site. It was ordered roughly the middle of December. Great site just the same,, Barry

The maunal arrived yesterday morning, All is right with the world now. Stay warm all my Ontario friends. I will be thinking of you all tomorrow afternoon. Oops did I forget to mention Im flying out to the Dominican Republic for a week. Please excuse the gloating

If you take that manual with you you won't have time to enjoy the sights. Better leave it at home.

Hey Barry
When I order the manual for my FE35 it took about six weeks and that wasn't even over the Christmas season. Patience my friend. I know it is tough to wait for such spellbinding reading but the wait is worth it.

It could be the Postal system. I ordered a gift from Onterio and it also took forrever, but did finally arrive after 4 weeks.
