'49 TO-20 was all Fergy Gray. Do a search and you can get the NAPA paint codes.

The story I've always been told it that Harry Ferguson used to buy in bulk loads of ex MOD paint (Battleship Grey) from wherever he could get the best price on the day, and the shade could vary considerably between batches during the years of production. I don't know how true this is or isn't but it certainly puts a stop to arguments at shows about which tractor is the 'correct' shade of grey!
