My lift arms go up and down fine but I have not used them with a load yet. My concern is after I raise the draw bar up and shut of the engine in a hour or so the bar has lowered. Is this bleed off normal or should the lift remain in position?

Dano, without a load the arms should stay up much, much longer, so I would say when you put a load on the 3point you will find you have a leakage problem somewhere. Review the archives on this site for lots of places to look and how to fix.

Dano; I replaced some linkage parts on my TO-30 and cleaned the pump and sump real good. My 3pt would hold the back blde up for several days. After a few months it would start to settle down quicker. Thenit got to where it would not hold at all. As soon as the engine was shut off down it would come. Probably needed another good cleaning.
