The time has come to replace the PTO seal and bearing on my T20. Will it be poosible to remove the old bearing and replace the new one without a press?
I don't have access to a press and was woundering is a hammer and a block of wood could save me a few quid and a trip to a garage!

Use a punch to drive the bearing off and back on. Wood will splinter and get into the bearing. Lead and brass hammers will do the same thing, get in the bearing.
