There are three thing to check. Fuel, air, and spark. As Justin said it sounds like you've taken care of the spark, only thing left is to check to see if you are actually getting spark, an in like tester is cheep. This is a good test because you can have asituation where the engine will turn but the plugs are grounded and have no spark. i.e. bad key switch. Next is air: clean the oil bath air filter and replace the oil. Check that the air lines are good. Last is fuel: (this is where I think you have to focus next.) Did you turn the fuel on? Always the first question. This is done at the glass fuel bowl filter. Two full turns. If that is not it... I would. Clean the carborator. Remove the carborator and use a carb cleaner. After cleaning blow out the passages with air. Clean the Fuel bowl: easily removes and check the screen. Replace if gasket or screen is worn out ($3 at TSC) Also examine the Gas tank. Take a flashlight and look inside. Is there lots of rust and other floaties. If so take it off and clean it per the post below by Barry from onterio. If not make sure there is enough fuel in it. You may laugh but I just got the price of a MF65 knocked down $1000 because it would not start. Problem..... they put fresh fuel was in the tank but not enough to cover the top of the fuel bowl tap pipe. These stick up into the tank about 1" to keep from sucking in the heavy contamination particles. And as was said... drain all old fuel and put in freash. Yes if it is an origional 6V system it will be oppisite to your car. Good luck, you'll get it. lots of help is available. What part of PA do you live in? Jeff
