The tractor value is really kind of a regional thing, will be somewhat different in Alabama than in Michigan. Best recommendation I can give is to go to a few auctions to see what comparable equipment sells for.
Having said that, a TO-35 that runs good, hydraulics work, looks OK, and good rubber, would probably bring in ~$2500-3000 in my area (Ohio). Throw in a couple hundred bucks for a good sickle bar mower.
TO 35's are great tractors. Things to watch for.... usual things for a 50 year old tractor, leaks, oil in the radiator, milky oil, sloppy 12 volt conversions
