Have any of you got one of these or info on one? I think I'm going to try to build one if I can't find one.

I'm sure you guys across the pond will know what I'm talking about, but I'm not sure any were shipped over here w/ the TO's. Hope so.

Jeff

O.K., I know what you guys are talking about now. I was thinking it was more like those "quick attach" things you put on the 3 point to pick up implements.

I actually have most of one of these hitches. But I'm missing the piece that goes between the 3 point arms, and up to the top link on the tractor. Sure would like to buy one if any of you are willing to part with one.

The Antique ag group I belong to was given 3 Ferguson side mount implements, and they all use this hitch. It's much harder to hook up without the right parts.

Oh yes, I know what you are looking for and yes I do have one, and can take some pics for you.

If you would like to post your email addy in non-spiderable format I will gladly forward some pics to your email.

I've only got dial up locally, so if anyone else wants a copy, they will need to email you direct if you have broadband. Takes too long otherwise!

Let me know if you want the pics, I'll probably be back online sometime Saturday your afternoon.

Is this the thing with the t bar between the two bottom links, then a connection to the top link that can extend if you press a button, and will lock back in when you lift it to a certain height to take pressure off of the hydraulics? Dont see why you dont just use the Tbar and let the hydraulics cope. Mind you without position control that may be a problem.

I saw it in a couple of books about Fergy implements:

"Fergie 20 Implements, Accessories & Industrial Equipment"; Allan T. Condie Publications;

"Ferguson Implements and Accessories", John Farnworth;

There is some text & a few illustrations in both books.

You did have a version of it over there, was very like ours but not the same. I do have pics of the PU hiitch you talk about, email me at fergusontractots at hotmail dot com and I will send them to you. We do have a company over here that does in fact manufacture this hitch to order.

Going from memory it was about £250 don't know if they will export though.

John - Holland-Brand does not export any longer, I think the hassle of C&E clearance of imported goods proved too much.

Hi James, I know about that with Holland-Brand I am quite friendly with Graham and we have discussed this before, shame really because they could do so much, but all the hassle just isn't worth it. It annoys me to think that you could get business but they put so many obstacles in your way, perhaps they don't want anyone to succeed...Just a thought.
