You can buy a new switch from this site or your local "Sparex" dealer, most tractor dealers will be able to get it for you, the part number is S42538...if you go to top of this page and click on H.Ferguson then parts for your tractor it will be listed but the number on here will be shown as 42538 S but it is the same.

You can find a new starter switch at the folks on the left or almost any tractor parts house. They're about $12 -$14 plus shipping.

If it is for your TE/TO, I had the same problem, you can rebuild them quite easily once you remove them from the top of the gearbox. You will need a quantity of lead sheet (try a roofing supplies shop) and some big washers.

Having rebuilt my switch, I then added a started solenoid to the circuit - so the safety switch now operates the solenoid, and the solenoid handles the starter current. I do not expect to see a problem with the saefty switch again :)

When removing the switch, tie the operating mechanism up out of the gearbox with some string - they can be a beggar to get out again if the mechanism falls inside the clutch housing.

Bare-co sells them; I think they're about $90 though, and you have to source them through a dealer as they don't sell direct to the public.
But at least they are available if you can't rebuild your own for some reason.
