I am thinking about getting a 3 point snow blower for my TO-20. I am getting tired of the rear scraper blade and sore neck thing. I saw that there is a rear pull snow blower out now and was wondering if anyone else has used one on their tractor.
Thanks!

Craig

Trying to operate a snowblower without live pto and live hydraulics is an exercise in futility.

Afternoon Craig Myself and a buddy of mine mounted a front plow on my TEA-2085, actually he did most of the work. I just uncapped beer. There are pictures of it in the photo adds to the left. I used a 12 volt winch to raise and lower the plow, works great. If you cant find the pictures e-mail me at reidb(at)inspection(dot)gc(dot)ca and I will send them to you,,, Barry

You might want to look in to a front blade first. It will cost much less, and you will never look over your shoulders again. My 2 cents.

Hey Craig,

Where are you in DE? I am just over in MD on the Elk River where the C&D comes in. I am with you on the sore neck from my TO35 and it's grader blade.
Let me know what you find out.

Ed,

I am in Odessa off of route 9. I keep my boat on the Elk River. Do you know the Cove Marina?

Craig

Can't say that I have. Is that over on Locus Point? My boat is over at Triton Marina on Plum Point. I know Rt9 and Odessa well. My family used to own 475 acres up in Port Penn off of Dutch Neck Rd. Today it's mostly houses unfortunitly but a good part of it is still being tilled. You'll have to stop by Triton this summer or when ever you break the boat out and we'll have a beer at Walsh's Dockside, it's our local watering hole there at the marina.

Ed,

The Cove Marina is to the right of the Triton.
They put in new docks last year after the bad winter. They have the flag and lights at the end of the t-dock. I have been over to Walsh's for a drink or two. I am going to also keep a little boat down at our marina this summer so I can run over there. That way, I can pull up to the beach on Friday nights and enjoy a beer or two.
