How to find T.D.C Marks for setting timing?

Could Someone tell me how too find my TDC marks on my TEA-20. So I can set the timing. ALL the help i can get would be great. Thanks Anthony

There is a hole in the bell housing directly underneath the starter. It might be plugged with dirt but it's there. There is a mating hole in the flywheel. A piece of fencing wire fits just right - turn the engine with the hand crank until the piece of wire goes in to the hole in the flywheel and that's TDC.
Actually there could be several holes in the flywheel now that I think about it. But you can figure out which one is TDC by looking at the ignition rotor to see when it's pointing at #1.
