Morning all...My TO20 has been leaking gas at the sediment bowl shut off for some time now. I've rigged and doctored for about a year, but the leak finally got bad enough I had to leave a container under the tractor to catch the drips. Called the local Massey dealer and got the usual response..."We'll see if we can order one. What kind of tractor was it again?" Just on a hunch I took the assembly to the local New Holland, Ford dealer and told him it was for a 1950 TO20 Ferguson. He went to the parts room, came back with an exact match with a 2N part number. He told me not to hesitate to come in again because if he didn't have what I needed, he knew Massey dealers who still liked old Fergusons and stocked some parts. Just thought I'd share this. Mike

Your gas sediment bowl story sounds a lot like mine a couple years ago. Bought one from TSC, the shut-off leaked thru. Got another one from TSC... same thing. Ordered one from Massey dealer... sent the wrong one.
Went to N.H., they had an exact match on the shelf. I have bought limit chains, wheel bearings, gaskets, and other stuff from N.H. also. I don't go to the Massey dealer any more.

I have had the same experience. I have a Ford NAA as well as Fergusons, so I have the occasion to go to my NH dealer from time to time anyway. But when I can I get parts for the Fergies from NH rather than from MF because the NH dealer is much more knowledgeable and much more helpful and stocks more obscure parts. Lately I put a 9N seal in my TO-30 PTO. Works just fine. The last time I went to my MF dealer I bought points for my F40, and when I got home they were the wrong points. I haven't been back. They talk big, about the good old days, and all the old tractors they have known, but they don't produce. A few miles from me is a local shade tree guy who works on everything and stocks quite a bit and he is more likely to have my part than the MF dealer.
