Working on a tractor for my father-in-law. It says manufactured by Harry Ferguson Detroit Michigan on the dash plate, and has another plate on the engine near the distributor. How can I tell what size it is and what year it is?
Thanks for any info!
Aric

Aric-Post the serial numbers on your dash plate and on your motor plate and someone will provide the identity. Also you can check the tractor serial
numbers on this website.

Aric-post the serial numbers that are on the dash plate and also those on the motor plate. You can
then check the serial numbers on this website and
I will also do some checking for you.

Aric-You should have a serial number on the dash
plate and also one on the motor plate. If you can
post these two numbers or check the serial numbers on this website, it should help you identify your tractor.

Aric-The serial numbers on the dash plate and
on the motor plate will identify details of your
tractor. Post those and we'll provide what info
is available on this and other websites.

Aric-The serial number on the dash plate will identify the year and size of your tractor. The
serial number on the motor will identify the type motor and will help with tractor identity.
With those numbers, there are a number of websites, including this one which have the serial numbers. Post the numbers and we'll help with the rest.

I belatedly apologize for all the redundant
entries on this question but I thought the computer was not accepting the answer when I did not see immediate results. Now I know.
