Tin interchange for TE20 ?

I've already made a contact with Paul and my question to him was about which other Ferguson models had the same tin as a '47 Ferguson TE20? He did get back to me with what he thought would fit (not positive) and I've deleted his email so maybe someone here can set me straight on this. Question is then, what models (or years) of Ferguson front tin will fit my tractor? The stuff on mine is aluminum and in far too bad condition to try repairing, at least being aluminum which I've never welded wor worked with so I thought I'd hunt around for some steel replacement tin.

They are all the same from very early to late, only difference to this was the Tee piece for the diesel, the starting handle hole was a different size and not quite same place as gas engines. You can still buy all the hood tin-work new with the exception of the actual top panel and even that may be available again soon.

What I meant in my question was if there were other Ferguson models (other than the TE20) that are the same fit as the TE20 itself. Such as the 30, etc.

Sorry I misunderstood you. I don't think the TO hoods will fit a TE type, I know that the latch arrangement on the back is different and I think the length is also different too. Maybe someone else has tried it and can pass further comment.
