Hmmmm. I have two questions: why did you rebuild the carb; i.e., what was it doing that made you decide to rebuild it? and are you sure you have good engine compression?

The float setting on the Marvel-Schebler carb is very important and a little tricky to get right. Some times the float will hang up on the side of the float bowl and a rap from a 2x4 will jar it loose. If you did the test that one of the other writers suggested(open the plug at the bottom of the carb)and got full flow, pull the carb and make sure that you have the proper float setting AND that there is no obstruction at the float valve orifice. Re-install the carb and make sure that you install the gasket between the carb and the intake manifold and snug it down good so there is no air leak there. make sure that the power jet screw is turned out 1-1/4 turns and the idle air acrew is out 3/4-7/8 turns. Don't hook up the air cleaner and see if you can get it started. If it doesn't start, check your spark (nice, fat bluish spark, no yellowish or orangey spark), the timing, and firing order (1-3-4-2).

when you take off the drain plug in bottom of the carb are you getting a steady stream of gas ,have you the main jet set to around 1 1/4 and the idle jet set to around 7/8 open ,only two things are involved here so if the gas is good then it must be the air supply ,let us know Danny

I'am having the same problem, cleaned the carb with cleaner, cleared passages with air, replaced the jets, set the needles 1 1/4 / 7/8, gas pour out bottom drain, disconnected air hose. still no gas to plugs.

Check the drain and make sure you are getting gas into the carb through the float valve. If there is no steady stream of gas coming out of the drain you need to adjust the float correctly.
Then make sure your idle jet and power jet screws needle screws are set correctly.

Good luck.
