I have a TO20 with a Wagner Loader on it and I am needing to rebuild the hydraulic cylinders, the problem I`am have is removing the ram from the cylinder, I have already removed the end seals and am having trouble removing the ram,it is hitting something metalic and I don`t want to force it any further, any ideas ? thxs.

Mike, I had an after thought, If that cylinder is one way power ( one line going to it) it doesen't have packing on the inside end of the ram , Just a foot to keep it strait in the tube. If it's leaking, the packing you removed should stop any leaks , So there is no reason to remove the ram unless you wanted to rechrome it.

Mike' I tried the same thing on my wagner loader lift cylinders. mine had a big snap ring with no way to get it out. This is just an opinion but I don't think wagner intended it to come back apart. You can put ram packing in but if it's like mine, it won't come out. Unless some of are friends here know how to get it out,your only option is replacement cyllinder or do like i did. I cut the packing head off the tube and welded the packing head and rams off a pair of used car hauler cylinders-worked great. Hope this helps good luck.
