This is too big for home scanners. You might find a commercial place that could scan if for you. This would be the best solution.Alternatively, you could photograph it. You need a good camera you can focus, ok to shoot more than the picture because it can be cropped later. Also, best to do in diffused light, like a cloudy day. Flash in this situation will not work well. If you scan directly, you will have the image in electronic format so it can be fiddled with, resized, etc. If photographed, you will need to scan the negative to get a good electronic image (or scan a 8X10 enlargement would also work). I can help on any of this if you wish. You can post the picture on my website, or on something like Image Event so others can see it. You might wish to provide the electronic file to others or sell the printed form itself. I would be fun to have this! George
