I have owned a 1953 Fergy TEA20 Serial Number TEA341439 in Australia for the past twenty years. The tractor has been restored mechanically and will shortly receive a new paint job.

At the time I bought the tractor it was reputed to have come from a sugar cane farm near Bundaberg (Queensland, Australia) and had little use.

I am trying to locate any details of selling dealer, early ownership, etc.

Also, are new the front bonnet (center) "Ferguson" badges available?

Sorry about the reply up there ... that should be down here! Just not accustomes to this bulletin board functions.

John, noticed on another thread you seem to have some data on manufacture dates from Ser No? Do you have a manufacture date for my Fergy or know where I can research delivery and early history?

Thanks

That's for all the help. As a result have located the parts I need.

I have to shift Fergy from the coast to my home in the Outback, probably on a double axle trailer. I seem to recall the weight is 1,350 kg but can't find the specs on the net.

Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

You can locate your nearest Bareco agent who will carry in stock. There are several in Sydney and I am sure there will be one in Bisbane

You can get the badges for the Hood from a Sparex dealer, to locate one of these dealers you may have to contact Sparex first at:-http://www.sparex.nl/subsidiary/australia.asp?id=6 the part number of the badge is S61900
