Hi folks, I think I might be lucky. I am offered to pick up TEA 435886 for free. Produced Feb. 18, 1955. Shall I go for it, it is either me or the crusher who picks it up.

Bill

How can you tell what date it was built?

pojo, I am sorry, I was trying to be funny.

I am a member of Friend of Ferguson Heritage in England, and they have a service telling the production date from serial numbers to their members.
And as John says, if they say it, it is so.

John, please explain for pojo why I know the date. I got it from Pony35, so how can it be correct. I just know I trust it, but I have no clue how he knows it.

Your akavit level is out of whack, either low or too high. Please go pick it up now. Good day.
