First off, I'm new to this forum, so please be patient.

I recently acquired what I believe is a TEA20.

Serial No.appears to be TEA209469, however the "2" is very worn.

This unit also appears to have been original red and then painted grey in the factory.....Is this possible seeing as it was shipped to Canada???

Also this unit also has 14 " front rims that show the same colour pattern. I can find no reference to Ferguson's being shipped with these rims.....all comments apprec..... .Alex (Ont, Canada)

Hi Barry, I live in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, Tractor is north of Huntsville, at the present. My daughter, who lives in the Kingston area, is looking for a piece of acreage in the area, so I"m hoping to retire soon and become her gopher in the Kingston area..... .grew up with a 20-85 and a Freeman loader(I think it was, anyway)so know how handy they can be....L8tr..... Your tractor was made in 1951. It would be painted Grey at the factory, any Red you are seeing is possibly a primer they used mostly on the castings but the sheet metal had it too. 14" wheels were never fitted to a standard width tractor they were either 19" or 16". The Vineyard tractor had 15" rims. They may look like Ferguson wheels but as Ferguson didn"t make them they could have come from anywhere.
