Can someone refresh my memory on how to polarize the voltage regulator on my TO 35 twelve volt. Thanks

Ron's right... the regulator does not need to be polarized since it just contains relays which work the same no matter which direction current is going. The generator (not alternator - is yours a 12V alternator?) is what needs to be polarized. All you have to do is briefly touch a jumper wire from the generator armature (probably marked with an 'A') to the battery (which ever terminal is not grounded). Manuals on some systems say to do this by connecting the voltage regulator battery terminal 'B' to the voltage regulator generator 'G' terminal which is really just connecting the armature to the battery. That may be where the confusion about polarizing the regulator comes from.

Hi, I don't know much about this but don't think you have to polerize voltage reg. Just the generator, which I don't know how to do but I think if you do a search, it was talked about before.
