I would think this information below is what they are asking for, although really they should be able to calculate it for themselves from the Block and the sleeves.

Clearance between top of sleeve and upper block:-
Upper Block Diameter 4.140" (105.156mm) - 4.125" (104.775mm)
Clearance new .045" (1.143mm) - .015" (.381mm)
Top flange of sleeve dia.
4.110" (104.394) - 4.095" (104.013mm)
Clearance between:- Sleeve spigot and lower block, Lower Block Diameter:-
3.6260" (92.100mm) - 3.6345" - 92.062mm
Clearance New .003" (.076mm) - .0005" - (.013mm)
Sleeve Spigot Diameter 3.6240" - (92.049mm) - 3.6230" - (92.024mm)

Don't forget to make sure that the stand-out of the sleeves above the block face is correct .005 - .011" (.127mm - .279mm) if you have the block refaced you will need the liners refacing also to get the correct stand out. To get the correct stand out you will need the gaskets fitting under the sleeves before you measure.
You could have fitted the 87mm sleeves from the 35 tractor if you wanted even more power. The 85mm sleeves will give you just over 28hp. Do check the oil pump if you are doing so much to the engine, you should replace the Rotor pack (Sparex S61996)to make sure the oil pressure doesn't drop when warm, also check for wear in the camshaft rear bearing, if it needs doing now is the time to do it.
