andy...i'm not really all that familiar with the "tea"-20...but i think they have the same sheet metal as the te and to don't they? maybe you could find one around your area to look at. or if the doglegs are interchangeable maybe you could find someone on here that has a set. i have a to-20 that i could send you a pic of.

Mike,

I saw a post last week that stated that the to, te and tea used the same sheet metal. I'm not looking to show this tractor only to use it in the field.
I thought with a good photo I could make something close. I'd need some thing to scale to, like a yard stick or a few key dimensions. All the photos on this site show the whole tractor and when printed out enlarged become blurred. Any help would be appreciated.

andy...here are some measurements i took this morning that might help you:

1.around front of dogleg along grill...with tape hooked in sheet metal at the bottom of the dogleg, around lower curve and up to where front of dogleg meets hood= 24"

2.from edge of grill, horizontally along top edge of dogleg to rear of dogleg where it meets hood= 15"

3.from edge of grill horizontally to bottom rear edge of dogleg= 16-3/4"

4.from bottom edge of sheet metal directly below bolt hole*, straight up to top edge of dogleg= 26-1/2". center of bolt hole is about 4" from bottom edge of dogleg at this measurement site.

5.width of dogleg at bolt hole* from edge of grill= 5-1/2"

6.width of dogleg across underside of light bracket from edge of grill= 9"

* bolt that attaches hood asembly to tractor

i hope this get you started. i'll try and get a pic to you later unless someone else posts one for you. these measurements from my to-20 are as close as i can get but may not be exact. i took measurements with a flexible tape around all the curves. i still haven't determined if the to-20 and tea-20's doglegs are the same...i'm just assuming they are. what kind of shape is your fan shroud in? mine was missing when i bought it and i'm still working on making one for it. i made a temporary one for it because of an overheating problem. the temp one i made solved it but i think the right shroud would make it even better.

Mike,

My fan shroud is in good shape looks to be original.
I can post a photo if need one.The doglegs are some one else attempt to make them, one is just alum. flasing the other is skinned over with alum. and piece of a dog leg underneath. I just bought the tractor at auction in Jan., trying to get it ready for spring plowing and sweet corn planting, we have a few month before that time.
