You did great John, Thanks, Very through info.
Got that 35 painted yet?. Make sure you get all the problems fixed first, It really hurts to take them back apart after a fresh paint job. Been there and done that, LOL , -ed

No, ran the 35 all afternoon today opening up a trail on the property. Havent been down in the woods for a while and its all over grown with thorns, stickers, etc. I worked the 35 pretty good today, she did well. Need to readjust to governor now that I've recieved the missing governor compensating spring. I also bought a 5' box blade today. I figure I can use it on the N's too, 6'seemed a little big for the N's.

John, Don't baby those N tractors. My 2N will manage my 72" Land pride box blade. Grunts a little but not much! Have not used it on the TO35 yet but I will soon.
Sincerely, John Mason

I blew a head gasket on my 2n using a 6' blade. I was pushing it 'till it stalled a couple of times. I normally don't run them like that but it was late in the day, I was trying to get finshed spreading black dirt on my newly re-graded yard after a septic field install.

John, Hi!, Sounds like you had a good day. Working and fussing with my old tractor is one of lifes little pleasures for me and i never tire of lt. I doubt you will regrett the time and money as the 35 is a stout , tireless little tractor that will do a lot of work. I take good care of mine but work it long and hard at times for 25 years and it still ready to go again. My 15 year old son works for a contractor neighbor in the summer running big dozers and excavators and is now a good operator. He is starting to do landscaping and backhoe work on the side with my 35 and is slowly stealing it a way from me. But he doesn't forget old dad,I get to be the truck driver and deliver it to the site.LOL. Have fun-ed
