Anyone have a ballpark figure for the value of a two bottom Ferguson plow? It's a 14inch that was purchased new in 1948. Pretty rusty now, but just surface rust. The name plate is still on it and it is complete. I haven't seen any for sale yet on this site, or elsewhere.

Hello Andy,

What state are you in?
We are in southern New England.
We might be interested, if the price is right and not too far away.

Thanks, Don

I picked mine up in NJ for $100. It didn't have coulters but the rest of the plow was in good shape.

Plow values vary depending on the condition. Here in MO the price would range from $100 to $500 or more. To demand the higher price it would be rust free with no missing parts or welds. If the plow is missing the coulters and check chains, and has been welded it would be the lower price. A picture would help to determine the value of the one you are looking at.

craigslist is a place to check for local prices. I bought one for about $250 last year. It went with the 9N I sold.
