I know at one time I had come across a original ad. ( some where in the archives or photo ads ) on left side of screen. It was a breakdown on a 2- bot plow, all the parts and pieces. I was wondering if someone knew who's it was and if I could get it faxed to me . I still need a couple parts for the one I am restoring. It's been a long winter in NW Iowa and I haven't gotten as far along as I would like to be on this project. Spending to much time pushing snow!!! Anyway would like to maybe round up the last of missing parts before I start painting. Thanks

Lou...the two plows were very similar in the early Dearborn model, but the later Dearborn "economy" model changed the design quite a bit: toplink frame, crossbar, & bottoms were redesigned. This pic shows some of the differences, but the main thing was the shares had a disposable cutting edge, sometimes called a "razor share"....quite a bit cheaper than having the old-style points drawn out by a blacksmith or replacing the old-style shares.

Willy, I think this may be a place to start for what you want. Left column this page top. Marketplace click on Classified ads then in search for type in Scott and in state scroll to Pa. then click GO. If you read his ads it sounds as he has lots of plow parts. He says there are numbers on the back of the molboard. He may be able to help you with parts I haven't found the ad you was looking for. Good Luck
