I HAVE JUST GOT A 4 CYLINDER DIESEL MF 35 WITH A SEIZED ENGINE IS THERE ENY THING I CAN DO

Unfortunately, there is probably very little chance for succesfully un-seizing your engine. If it is the pistons that are seized, they will most likely have jammed rings and even if your broke the pistons free, you would suffer from low compression. If it is the bearings that are seized, the bearings will be burned and the crank scored. If you could free the bottom end, you would probably have low oil pressure afterwards since the bottom end is a weakness of the Standard diesel. If it is just the bottom end, you could possibly change those bad bearings and smooth the crankshaft in position but it would not be very likley to be your only problem. Sorry for the bad news.
