Advice on pricing a TO 30

Local neighbor has TO 30 deisel with loader, he
stopped by yesterday and told me he was going to
sell, I plan to try and make him an offer, I
borrowed the tractor several years ago and it ran
and worked good, it has been used very little
since-loader is completely hydralic, paint is fair
and original, no PS, 3pt and PTO, tires good, takes a couple of squirts of starter fluid to get
cranked - no bad leaks, need advice on fair price
