AS far as i know Ferg. TOs were not mad till after Henry Ford died in 1947 and Ford Ferg broke up

Yup, I agree with Ray. Sounds like a Ford 2N. The N's had flatheads. One easy way to tell the difference between the Fergy and the Ford N at a glance is the bars in the grill. The Fergy has horizontal bars while the N's bars are vertical.
Both are good tractors and there was a marriage of sorts between Ford and Ferguson, mainly about the 3 point system.

H. Ferguson built the first TO30 in 1951. there was never a H.Ferguson flathead built. You must have a Ford. For the complete story, visit:
