Well, the word is out. I have good enought tractor to drag out them big whitetail deer here in southeastern Indiana. Last year it was hard not to shoot them big ones knowing that was only a few old Fords to try to do it. This year with my TO20 it will be a snap. I won't let the big ones go by this year. I know my 20 will be there in the barn waiting for me to fire her up. Neither ice, sleet nor snow will keep my 20 from doing a fine job. I may have to put some sun tan oil on her if doesn't get cold.

It's kind of funny that you posted this message at this time. Last Saturday I nailed a nice buck but I was way in the rear of my property. The terrain is terrible back there and dragging is too. At about 11:00 AM I fired up my old TO-30 to go fetch my trophy. At about 11:30 AM I came closer to rolling over my little tractor than I ever have. I was heading up a steep grade along an old logging trail. The rear tires started to slip in the leaves. I must have had a lapse in memory because I pressed the clutch pedal - the tractor jerket to a quick stop - I twiched - let the pedal out too fast - the front wheels came about four feet off the ground. Lucky for me, I quickly came to my senses and pressed the pedal lightly to calm things down. Of course the logging trail was not level and by the time everything settled down I was off to the side of the trail about six feet.

I have studied accidents with tractors while I was looking into ROPS. I have been toying with the idea of designing a ROPS for my Fergy. Now I know how quickly trouble can ruin an otherwise great day.

When you come up with your idea, run it past me, okay? I sure would like to see an economical way to attach rollover protection. I've got a front loader on mine and numerous ways to attach. I want one that works with or without the loader.
