db: Your air cleaner is unusual. The one in the picture does have the oil bath (metal canister at the bottom of the main filter assembly), but is missing a secondary glass jar. If you go to this web site, you'll see a photo of this type of air filter (complete). I think I remember reading that the jar serves to filter (separate out) larger particles of dust and dirt. >Link Join>Link this group, go to photos and look at Tim Oliver's TO-30. His has a TO-30 version of what you have. I think if you were stuck, you could block the outlet that is missing the glass jar and rely on the primary filter and oil bath. To remove the oil bath loosen the thumb screw that tightens the band (clamp), pull the oil bath cup down, clean it and fill with oil to the fill line.
