I have a Jubelee I use for small farm, not resoration. I'm intrested in converting it to 12 volts. I understand I need a GM alternator with internal regulator. I need more specifics on the alternator such as model number, year, etc.I have access to used alternators.
How do I handle the negative ground problem? Where would the wires hook from the alternator. I know I can purchase kit for about 180 bucks but would rather do it myself.
I'm pretty handy mechanicaly
Any assistance given will be greatly appreciated.
Great board!!!

How about $85 delivered to your house UPS? Call Joe at 1-800-USA-5561. He can set you up with alternator, brackets, diagram (everything but the resistor for the distributor) for $85 delivered. Good Luck.
