I have a 2000 that has a 19-528 loader, which everyone tells me is a model 730. The lower arm that supports the bucket needs a replacement pin at the bucket. In the manual it calls for a 1" X 6" pin, but when I pulled the old pin it turned out to be larger than 1" in diam. The local dealers are at a loss, other than the book shows sleeves in each side of the arm that I do not have. This loader has a boss on each side of the larger size. Any ideas???

Why not just go to a welding shop and have them make you one from cold rolled steel rod?

My question would be, "What size is it?"

If it is the size of a common hitch, draw, or top link pin then only slight modifications should be required.

Thanks for the suggestions. The pin size is very close to 1 1/8". The normal being 1". I guess I could have someone turn new bushings and pin to fit the current size. Somewhere along the way someone must have had problems and oversized the pin(s).
