I have an 860 with fluid in the tires. I need to
replace the tires shortly, and I am considering using
wheel weights instead. Please advise on the relative
merits of each and how much I should expect to pay
for a set of weights if I can find them.

Thanks,
Bill

Bill, the two things that can be said for weighs are 1) you can remove them (if for some reason you would want to) 2) they won't rot your rims. After that, I'd have to say, fluid wins in just about all categories except for patching/tube replacement. Around southern Indiana a set of weights cost $35-75, just about 1/4 the price of a new set of rims... Hope this helps, Dennis H.
